We can send your package via USPS so that it reaches your P.O. box.
ATTENTION: Invitations by R2 does not assume responsibility for any duty fees and/or brokerage charges that your country may incur due to the importation of your package.
If you are charged these fees, they come specifically from your country and not Invitations by R2.
Shipping will be determined according to your location and the weight of your invitation suite at the time of checkout.
After the proof is approved and sent to production, orders are normally shipped within 2-3 business weeks. Please be aware that we are closed on all holidays.
Many orders are shipped sooner. Some require a bit longer, depending on the processes involved and stock availability.
For safety and security, it is advantageous to ship your order to a commercial address. Carriers sometimes leave packages unattended, or with a neighbor, if no one is home when delivery is attempted. These packages can be lost, forgotten or even stolen.
We are not responsible for the loss of your order by failed delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but in no case shall we issue a refund or free replacement for an order where the carrier can provide delivery confirmation. Nearly all our shipments can be tracked from our manufacturing facility to the delivery address.
For your security, we suggest you specify a commercial address, if possible, for delivery during normal working hours.
We ship your order via reputable carriers only, including FedEx, UPS and the USPS.
For the most part we us USPS Priority Mail.
Standard delivery generally requires several days for your order to reach its destination.
Express or rush shipping within the 48 contiguous United States is available for an additional fee.
Express shipping normally takes 1-3 business days for delivery, after your order leaves our facility, depending on your location. Express shipping cannot speed up the processing of your order within our facility.
